When required we can guide you right from the first step with purchasing your dream property to place your home on. If you already own the property we will be more the happy to guide you through the process of getting a survey done for your property and then getting your ideas put down on paper with the assistance of a architect . If you have drawings and permits in hand, we can now proceed to talking about the project.

Step 2

The Sit-Down

Now that we have something down on paper we can proceed to talking about your budget and how we can construct your home with all your wishes while staying within your budget.

Step 3

Pricing

Now that we have a general idea of what you desire, we will provide you with a detailed estimate including all fees and payment schedules.

Step 4

Construct

Before we can build we must deconstruct.

Once the property is secured and permits

are issued, we will commence deconstruction

of the dwelling in accordance to all bylaws.

Once that is complete, we are ready to start construction based on your ideas and approved drawings.

Step 5

Finishes

If you require assistance in design, our trades people are more then happy to assist. If you would like a more tailored experience, we work with an assortment of hand picked designers to assist with your vision.
We are more than happy to work with your own designer as well.

Step 6

Move In Date

The day has come. It is time to move into the masterpiece you will call home. With a lifetime of enjoyment to be had, we look forward to hearing from you.
